You are only allowed to use, distribute, modify and redistribute the code and all related documentation under the terms of the licence set forth below. By reading, using, distributing, modifying and/or redistributing the source and/or binary code and/or any related documentation of the N.A.R.I.A. Library, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

The terms set forth in present licence only apply to the version of the N.A.R.I.A. Library they are bundled with. Future versions may be subject to modified terms and conditions and you will have to accept those terms and conditions to use, distribute, modify or redistribute such particular version of the N.A.R.I.A. Library.

Art 2. Use of the N.A.R.I.A. Library

The source and binary code as well as the documentation of the N.A.R.I.A. Library is free for use for any non commercial purpose. Any non commercial products can bind to or link to the N.A.R.I.A. Library under the terms and conditions of present licence.

Commercial products that bind or link to the N.A.R.I.A. Library and/or it's documentation or take benefit from it in any other way have to be entitled to do so by a special licence agreed to by the copyright holders. Such licence may be subject to a royalty fee.

Art 3. Distribution of the N.A.R.I.A. Library

The source or binary code of the N.A.R.I.A. Library and all related documentation may be freely distributed on a non-commercial basis. However such distribution is restricted as follows:

- upon distribution, the full source code and documentation has to be included.
- upon distribution, the full source code and documentation has to remain unchanged.
- upon distribution, all copyrights and references to present licence have to stay intact.
- upon distribution, present licence has to be included.

The source or binary code of the N.A.R.I.A. Library and all related documentation may be distributed on any media. A fee may be charged to cover solely and only the costs of the distribution.

Art 4. Modification of the N.A.R.I.A. Library

The source code and documentation of the N.A.R.I.A. Library may be freely modified on a private non-commercial basis. The modified code can be used on a personal basis and may be redistributed under the terms and conditions of present licence.

The source code and documentation of the N.A.R.I.A. Library may be modified for commercial purposes under the terms and conditions of a special licence agreed to by the copyright holders. Such licence may be subject to a royalty fee.

Art 5. Redistribution of the N.A.R.I.A. Library

Modified versions of the N.A.R.I.A. Library and/or documentation or parts of it may NOT be freely redistributed. It is however possible to create patches against the official source code and to distribute such patches.

Distribution of such patches does not modify in any way the terms and conditions of the distribution of the original source or binary code of the N.A.R.I.A. Library and all related documentation set forth in present licence.

The copyright holders do not provide any warranty whatsoever regarding the source or binary code of the N.A.R.I.A. Library and all related documentation. Furthermore the copyright holders do not provide any warranty whatsoever regarding modified versions of the N.A.R.I.A. Library or patches relating to the N.A.R.I.A. Library provided by third parties.

The copyright holders can not be held liable for any damage occurred by the use, distribution, modification or redistribution of the source or binary code of the N.A.R.I.A. Library and all related documentation or any modified version thereof or any patches applying thereto.
